How to measure:
Chest: The width between the underarm sleeve and the side seam of the body.
Center Back: The length from the center point of the back collar seam, along the natural hang of the back, to the bottom edge of the garment.
Sleeve: The total length from the center of the back, to the shoulder, and then to the cuff.

I love this long-sleeve top. It is lightweight and airy and I love the slits on the side because it is nice for when you are running. I am 5'4, 150lbs, and a 34C in bust and the medium fits me perfectly. It fits tightly in the sleeves but loose in the stomach area and I like that kind of fit. If you want it to fit loosely throughout the arms, I would suggest ordering up. I also like how there is a slit on the top of the sleeve as well that makes this very airy and perfect to run in!If you wash it with the rest of your workout stuff, I would suggest putting it in a mesh bag because it is a thin/soft fabric and may get damaged if on a heavy wash cycle.
