I bought this last minute for a week in the rain in Copenhagen and it was perfect! Kept me dry and warm commuting in the rain, and the fabric doesn't feel plasticky but doesn't absorb any water either. The quality is great, it feels well made just like my other Orolay coats, and it looks pretty cute for a raincoat. The hood is roomy, and I was able to wear sweaters underneath comfortably. The two outside pockets are room enough for wallets or water bottles, but don't have buttons to keep them closed. I didn't have anything fall out of them though! I wish it had a few interior pockets. It's light enough to carry easily, and I like that the hood detaches. The sleeves will stay up if you push them up also. Great daily coat for spring/fall, or even winter with a sweater underneath.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this jacket. It's stylish and medium weight which is perfect for the on and off springtime weather here in Seattle. The color is the perfect army green and the details through the coat are just an extra plus. I would get this in multiple colors. It also fits like a glove. I especially love how deep the pockets are.
Overall the jacket is perfect and fits well. It's adjustable and extremely well lined so there's a nice warmth to it if I'm not wearing a second jacket or layer. However I will say, it does run a bit large for sizing.
I was looking for a nice lightweight spring jacket that would be good for rain, this fits the bill. It's really just as I expected from the listing. The only difference to me is the color is slightly less saturated than the photos , but not noticeably, It's a true military drab green color. I like the oversized fit and length, I think it is a true S as I'm usually a XS and it looks a tad bigger in the sleeves than it does on the model. There's and adjustable elastic cord around the middle to cinch the waist, I think it looks better on the looser side. Huge pockets are a plus, I can fit a 19. 2 can of Liquid Death in there. There's also a deep snap pocket on the left breast side. The material has a good weight to it, and is fully lined in a darker greyish green material. It doesn't' look cheap and is water repellant. I really like the soft cuffs and collar, like a bomber jacket, that's my favorite part. The hood is big and cool looking, and removeable. Overall I think it's a great spring jacket and definitely meets the expectations I had.
