How to measure
A-Chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
B-Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waistline, where you typically wear your pants. Remember to insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow for ease in fit.
C-Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the floor. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow for ease in fit.

For reference, I am 5'1" and 156 lbs. I wear a size 38D bra. This sports bra fits well and holds the ladies where they are supposed to be. The bra is easy to put on and doesn't bind or chafe anywhere. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I cannot comment on durability as I haven't washed the item yet. I took a star off because the fabric rolls a bit at the bottom of the bra as I move around. The elastic at the bottom of the bra only "fills" half of the bottom band. The rest is the spandex fabric. I like the the elastic is only about an inch wide but the extra material just rides up a bit. This is not a deal breaker for me as I really like how soft the fabric is.
This material feels really nice! The fit is good - just use the size chart to determine your size. I like the criss- cross straps and the wider band around the bottom. The cups are supportive and separate which is nice!
