How to measure
A-Chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
B-Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waistline, where you typically wear your pants. Remember to insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow for ease in fit.
C-Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the floor. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow for ease in fit.

I ordered this in a size XS and it is true to size, maybe even a little bit too snug. The material is a very strong compression thats large ribbed and feels so nice when I slide it on. I love how the zipper is a double zipper so I can adjust the top and bottom depending how I want to style it. I really like the quality of the materials and overall quality of the jacket and will be purchasing the matching leggings as well as some other products from this brand since they seem to stay true to size and are good quality
This is a well structured zip jacket that is form fitting. Love the pipping detail. For reference I'm 130 pounds and bought a medium which I'm glad because yes the material is stretchy but I didn't want a tight fit since this is a form fitting workout top. The material is very structured so if you are in between sizes get the next size. Also its a true crop jacket.
