How to measure
A-Chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
B-Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waistline, where you typically wear your pants. Remember to insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow for ease in fit.
C-Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the floor. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow for ease in fit.

These are good quality yoga shorts, made of relatively thick material. It has compression at the waist & the contouring provides some lifting & shaping. It is soft & stretchy, & fits really snug, without being uncomfortable to wear.
