A-Chest: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape firmly under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
B-Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waistline, where you typically wear your pants. Remember to insert your forefinger between the tape and your body to allow for ease in fit.
C-Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the floor. Insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow for ease in fit.

With my tweensta's age and body type -- sports bras of certain types seem to work best for her at this stage. But, as we turn to warmer days, I was hoping to find options that were either thinner or could be worn and sorta semi-seen with tanks or loose t's. this one definitely leans toward the latter category. It seems to work well with muscle shirt type tanks, that my kid likes to wear on active days. And, it can be worn with blousey style more formal shirts -- or loose neck oversized t's. So yeah, it slots in smoothly to her 'drobe. but, alas, it's really hefty and thick . . . I can only assume that is seen as a bonus, that level of support during working out or sporting it up, but still down a notch, cause at this price . . . one could make expect, durability, support, style and more breathability / comfort.
This sports bra fits in all the right places, I love how it snatches me up in the breast area, I've been searching for a bra like this. It has a bit of padding in It but not too much! I love the material as well.
I typically wear a medium and ordered a medium. It's a bit tight fitting for me. I plan to wear this on runs or for higher impact training. Beautiful color and high quality fabric! Would recommend. Consider sizing up.
